The free trial of the desktop edition is designed for Windows with an expiration
date of 30 days from the date of install.
It is suggested to print these installation instructions for your records while
the contract management software Desktop Edition is being installed.
If assistance is needed, please contact us via the contact form and we will walk you through the process.
Prior to downloading, please read the
Contract Insight Desktop Edition user manual.
Note: To install the system, please ensure the computer has at least the Microsoft
.NET Framework (latest version). If you are unsure, review the information at Microsoft's
following website: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/.
To begin the installation, first create a temporary folder on your hard drive and
download one of the files:
1. ContractInsightDesktopInstall.msi : Installer from Zip file.
2. ContractInsightDesktopInstall.exe : Installer from Exe file.
Once the file has downloaded, double click on the downloaded file (or unzip it to run the ContractInsightDesktopInstall.exe or ContractInsightDesktopInstall.msi installer) and follow the installation wizard (below):
Click on the "Run" button to begin the installation process.
Select the "Next" button and you will be prompted to specify the installation path.
Select the next button to confirm the installation.
Once the installation is finished, select the "Close" button to finalize the installation.
Now open and run the Contract Insight Desktop Edition software from your desktop shortcut (or by selecting
"Start" from your computer task bar, and then "Programs", followed by "ContractInsightDE" or the path that was specified during the installation).
Your system is now ready for your trial use. You will have 30 days, so have fun and get started. Once you are completed with your trial, contact sales@cobblestonesystems.com.
